Starting from the very first Pepe, the first user comes up with a sentence that goes along with the Pepe and matches the theme. The next user summons a sentence with the next Pepe, and so on and so forth until all of the pepes are used up, then the next user after the last one of the chain gets to pick a new theme and the cycle goes on over again.
