Is Brave Girls 2nd Gen or 3rd Gen?

Because they debuted in 2011, they are 2nd gen. The name has been around since then, despite member lineup.

I guess you could look at it as a third gen revival? Or like a reunion?

Exo debuted in 2011 and is a third gen group so ig 3rd gen.

I consider them second gen still, since they're using the same name and haven't completely rebranded like Dreamcatcher.

EXO debuted in 2012, the official beginning of the 3rd gen :)

Mostly a year or two give or take brave girls would be either super late 2nd gen or early third gen.

I think 2nd Gen because of the year they debuted in.

EXO's teasers etc started being rolled out from late 2011 (Kai's first teaser came out December 2011), but their official debut date is April 2012.

Also, all the Brave Girls members left by themselves.

3rd gen imo, because all current members joined 2016
