Whose visual do u think rival Cha Eunwoo from non korean asian celebrities?

But just from the look like a similiar charm, I could maybe say Rikimaru Chikida. No clue if people find him very handsome, but since he is in INTO1 he seems to be one of the most popular members, while back in Japan with his JPop-group WARPs Up nobody seems to have given a F that he existest lol but the girls in China are weird and hyped him, aswell as almost all other contestant of Chuang totally up like if they never saw any male before xD I mean even low ranked participants of the show became very famous (not all but many). Also if there was a masculinity chart, Eunwoo would be a 6/10 while Rikimaru would be a 7.5 or 8 out of 10 so there is quit a difference despite that the aura looks similiar to me.

Another person with a similiar charm would be maybe Tomoaki Ando from the Japanese boygroup Orbit, I totally forgot if he was popular on Produce 101 Japan or not (I think he was ?!?! I forgot lol), but nobody really gives a F about his existence in Japan since the show is over and he debuted in a group (altho many fans of Produce anticipated that he and some other contestants debuted together, not as winner-group but you know when people hope that the following ranked people would also debut since they didn't won...). He was a small bit popular with fans of his boygroup, but it went totally quit around him since he is in a dating scandal (Long story short: his ex. says he tried to abuse her and he said she was stalking him and now he is on hiatus for almost half a year now soon cause of this... no idea if his company kicks him off or not since they still sell his face on merch and in videos). Also compared to Eunwoo I would say that Tomoaki looks a small bit more masculine, IDK.

I'm not too familiar with most Asian countries but a while back girls in China really liked Cai Xukun. He was if I remember right in a survival show, had been in a group or two and is now working as soloist. I don't know if girls in China still like him or allready let him fall, but he would be compared to Cha Eunwoo more of a Chinese version of Kang Daniel rather than a Cha Eunwoo-version China.

Maybe it could be Ren Meguro from the Japanese boygroup Snow Man, he is not the most handsome guy out there but he is considered an it-boy and very famous in Japan.

I could also imagine maybe someone like Ren Kawashiri from the Japanese boygroup JO1, since he was extremly popular during Produce 101 Japan and is also still one of the most famous member, but than again Ren would resemble more of a Japanese version of Kang Daniel, than a Japanese version of Cha Eunwoo if you realise on what level of popularity they both are. Ren was also jokingly called "the next Kang Daniel" during Produce so that really would make him more of a Kang Daniel-Japan version and not really Cha Euwnoo.

Another it-boy from Japan I have in my mind would be Ryosuke Yamada from the boygroup Hey! Say! JUMP. He is extremly popular in Japan, but his character is weird since people tend to describe him as very selfish and narcissistic.

More random JPop-artists I know who are quit famous and could be an it-boy (or are an it-boy):

Masaya Kimura from INI. He was extremly popular on Produce 101 Japan season 2 and people where also really hyped for the fact that he is a close friend with Ren Kawashiri since they worked together in the past. People allready had started to like Masaya even before he had apeared on Produce since he apeared on several idol-group's videos on Youtube and back as he was just rumored to be participant since it was said as rumor "a friend of Ren Kawashiri will apear" well... you may get where this was going to...

Maito Raul Murakami, better known by his 2nd name Raul. He is also quit famous in Japan. Some people also tend to say that if Ren Meguro wouldn't be member of Snow Man, than Raul could be the most popular member of the group. IDK how he got so popular but some people say it could be cause he is freakingly tall (1,90m), some others say it would be cause he is the youngest member of the group, there are also a lot other things people say why he is that popular. Maybe he is even just this popular cause he is in the puplic's eye since he was a child, who knows...

IDK much about King & Prince but it's said that Sho Hirano would've ben very popular in Japan. He and some other member decided to leave the group next year so many people are quit sad that hes going, because of how popular he is and cause he was also apparently the most popular member.

If men in their 30s count, than I would say it could maybe also be Hiroomi Tosaka from the boygroup Sandaime J Soul Brothers since he is one of the most popular members of EXILE TRIBE and even a row of his juniors see him as their rolemodel. He is on a popularity level that a few years ago when people in Japan got asked who their most famous artist was many women said they liked him the most.

Another one could be maybe Hokuto Yoshino from THE RAMPAGE

Or maybe Yusei Yagi from FANTASTICS But than again he is mainly only popular by girls for the fact that he is a living thirst trap and makes them post fake dating rumors about him so they can be salty about him for no reason lol

Shunsuke Michieda from Naniwa Danshi is also quit popular, especially with teenager girls.

Taiga Kyomoto from SixTONES is also quit popular

Ryoki from BE:FIRST also seems quit popular, but that mainly only happend cause he is in one of the most popular rookie groups and acted in a movie that seems to have been quit popular in Japa, but he also has been photographed a shit ton since his debut like ads for random stuff and whats not, so that could maybe really say hes popular.

There are probably a few others but I think I stop here, before I post too many people ...
