I think I'd still continue to fly the same flight, but it really depends on prices

the chances of it happening again are pretty slim

It happened to me once like 10+ years ago, before the take off there was a problem in an electrical panel in the plane and it was shut off, I was in a front row seat and could hear the captain or the copilot talking to the technicians, who changed the panel and the plane could fly. Nothing happened, but it was a little bit scary at the beginning.
