Kpop industry should be tightly regulated. I said it in the other thread.
10 labels max (Hybe, YG, SM, JYP, CJ, MBC, Kakao, Cube, RBW and Woollim). 50 groups max. Trainee debt limits in place. Workplace safety rules in place.
You would increase the quality of life 10 fold. Folks wouldnt be acting as desperate cause of money problems especially debt (both owners and idols).
The downside of course is that thousands of trainees and idols would have to let go of their dreams. They would have to find other jobs and careers. The lucky few could carve out solo careers in Khip hop, RnB, dance, etc.

We need more people like Kim Hyeim
Seriously she hated the system of how KPop works and so left Stone Entertainment to make her own company, even tho she had no money. As she founded Beat Interactive she rented a small basement of a restaurant and said she felt sorry if there were days where she had no money to feed the boys, since she had prioritised to pay their apartment and the basement's rent first. After A.C.E debuted the boys said she feels like a big sister or even mother to them and even gave everyone 100$ pocketmoney each month when they were just trainees, despite that the boys knew that she actually can't afford it. The boys like her so much, they even spend time with her daughter when she takes the small girl to the company (There are videos and photos with their CEO's daughter). They were also very happy as they made enough money so she could finally buy her own company building and they also got a bigger apartment from it and she even stated that the boys deserve the bigger apartment for all the work they did so far and they even said as they got the first money after their debut they had so much that the group's leader Jun said he went to a fancy restaurant from the money and was finally able to buy more things. The also stated that they could finally switch from cheap premade store-food where they mostly only had 1 meal a day to having enough to eat and could even afford to cook fresh stuff.
Many other companies wouldn't do that. They would just make their trainees and idols feel shit and not pay them.
