I would say it's Bärlauch (English: Wild garlic)
The leafes are used for different sauces and there is also pasta with the flavor of it. I can't quit describe the taste but it's fresh and sour but not too sour. This plant grows all across Europe, except Italy and the eastern parts of hungaria.
