Well... I just for fun looked up what the song "Waiting For Us" by Stray Kids was about and it said that it is a song that "explains missing someone and promising to wait for them no matter how long it takes until the warm spring has come."
And it made me think of Moomin and Snufkin.
The thing about Snufkin is that he only stays in Moominvalley in spring and summer but leaves for warmer climates down south every winter.
Some few years ago I decided to rewatch the Moomin series, which was a series I had sometimes watched as a child. (I also read some of the Moomin books)
It's blooming
It's blowing
I missed seeing you
Feeling alive
I'll be waiting
For the day in which the petals fall
And then I also started thinking about BTS's "Spring Day".
QuoteSpeaking about the concept and meaning behind "Spring Day" during a V Live broadcast, RM stated that he wrote the lyrics when thinking of his middle and high-school mates, from whom he hadn't heard in a long time. RM compared the song's mood to that of the band's 2015 singles, "I Need U" and "Run". Lyrically, the song uses a seasonal metaphor to compare the longing and separation from loved ones to "internal winter." The verses use "snow-y imagery" to explore themes of loss, yearning, grief, and moving on: "I wanna hold your hand/ And go to the other side of the earth/ Wanna put an end this winter/ How much do I have to long for you like snow piles up on the ground/ Until the spring days come?

Snowflakes are falling
Getting farther away
I miss you
I miss you
How much more do I have to wait?
How many more nights do I have to stay up?
Until I can see you?
Until I can meet you?
Well... spring and summer are kind of popular seasons, and I guess when it is autumn and winter, people long for the warm weather.
I wouldn't say that spring is my favourite season, but one thing that I personally like about spring is seeing tiny baby lambs. (but spring often symbolizes new beginning.)
I think there are also good things about autumn and winter. (like seeing the beautiful fallen leaves and drinking hot chocolate)
Well... this thread is a bit random.
But I like both of these songs.
