Teddy and the members are the credited as the creative director. Even when he's not the main producer for a song, he's still on the song. He has writing and production credit on "Hard To Love" for instance.
Every songs on Born Pink has at least one or more the Black Label producers on them. Their fingerprints are on every tracks and they handle all of the arrangements. It's very much a product of the Black Label studio through and through similar to how the Album was produced.
