Can he not read the room or what? Why did he double down and put out another messy song for Nmixx? If he really decides to triple-down again with their third comeback song like this I will just assume the whole management is brain dead and they aren't interested in building these girls' sustainable careers.

Like that’s their concept that’s why they released another mashup song, and they will do it again in the future unless they decided to drop it like how red velvet drop their original concept. Same goes to aespa, no matter how much people hate them singing about kwangya, they wouldnt stop anytime soon as that’s literally the concept behind their name.

Seventeen are named Seventeen but don't have 17 members. A name for a group is just a name. And even if then, JYP could easily come up with a new meaning for the name Nmixx such as "They are named Nmicc because they will do a mix of various concepts, from girl crush to innocent to cute." Like how Red Velvet and Blackpink both have two sides to their music.
Also Aespa.... eh

Ahead of the curve? By that do you mean on the dying end of a trend? As with fashion, music is cyclical. Will noisy, messy, music be in style again in the future? Most definitely. But right now, there has been an obvious shift in the market, and instead of following that shift, JYP is dragging Nmixx down by forcing them to maintain a concept that is currently unfavorable to consumers.
