Naeun, Park Hye Soo, Jisoo and unfortunately (possibly) Soojin, they all have slim chances on coming back. If I remember correctly, Kihyun and Choi Yebin from Penthouse survived from their bullying cases.

Apologizing doesn't just solve things things like these : / it wasn't just "wrongdoings" what he did was repulsive ( if it was true ) It's good to feel remorse yeah, imo it shows that you are able to distinguish what was wrong etc.
