If you're saying it's some sort of metaphor for Teddy not writing for them...wouldn't it be silly that he would write/compose the song that's a metaphor for him leaving.
Also, all of the BLACKPINK song titles in the teaser is like a "Teddy's Greatest hits" video. All that's missing is his BIGBANG songs and 'Gashina'

I think he will continue making their singles (nobody in their right mind will walk away from money like that lol) but for album tracks it'll be others moving forward
