    It is all in the definitions.


    Increasingly Kpop is becoming silo-ed, groups can be very successful just by catering to their fandoms and not at all bother about casual listeners.

    The primary source of profits is Physical sales and concert tours.


    There are very few Kpop acts, who can actually pull listeners above and beyond their fandom sales, that is reflected in the proportional difference between Physical sales and Digitals - particularly ULs.


    Twice remains very successful with physicals and concert tours. But their ability to pull GP to listen to them has declined over the time - days of back to back #1s are gone and they are charting at 20s and 30s.


    So in that sense it is relative failure. But when it comes to profitability - physicals/concerts, they are still very successful and growing too.

    Also their charting on Billboard, Spotify streams is growing well, so they are slowly acquiring the Western market as well.


    Good for them.
