IVE is promoting like crazy now and NJ has also been promoting for weeks while BP have been MIA for a whole week since dropping their song. Have you ever seen NGG Twice even at their peak skip a music show? SNSD are legends in SK but even they didn't rise until they started promoting heavily. Promo is super important now, not one group except BB has topped Melon with zero promo this year and even then they had bad longevity. Even without promo, PV is only the 4th KPOP song all year to hit 500K ULs...hit us up when your faves are doing that. Y'all want blinks to be humbled so bad when we never said anything about PAKs and have never hated on Ive...and will continue not to do so

If Koreans thought PV was a bad song it wouldn't be so high on the charts. Isn't it already the best performing song from 3rd gen groups in Korea this year or am I forgetting something? The fact that they could do that without any promo proves how big they still are in Korea despite the long hiatus.
Lmao, this happens when kpopies don't know how charts work and think a rak is the biggest achievment ever. Since 2021 last melon reform every single chart has become a promo dependent, of course you need hype to chart high at first but to stabilize at 1 you need promo, BP reached 1 in every chart by last weekend but they didn't have any promo, so they didn't stabilize and couldn't get more uls, yet they are holding at top 3 with 500k uls. Ive and NJ have been promoting like crazy for the past months, even the sudden climbing of LD back in june was only due promo. No one charts stabilized at 1 without promotion, you can see that in IU even, Strawberry Moon has plummeted down the charts since she didn't promote it.
