Do you think its too egotistical to make a whole album just about yourself? would you find it too arrogant?

So far most of the song Key has wrote has been about his relationship with friends and family or life in general.

Its clear that this new album is all about him. EVERY single song. Gasoline lyrics are pretty self-gratifying. Other songs like Proud and The GOAT, just like their name suggests are also pretty much about him liking himself.

Frankly I dont think this would have swinged with other artists, but with him and his history of being humble for 14 years, it makes sense to finally show let his other feelings out too.

How would you feel if an artist you liked made an entire album about themselves?

I think it really depends on a case by case basis.

One could argue all art is inherently narcissistic.

Whether it works or not. Depends on the individual, the context, and whether or not others relate to that art, and if they find value in it.
