BP will get the last laugh in the 3rd gen

BTS fans annoyed about how Hybe have gone about solo work so far for BTS's new era with more investment and time being put into their juniors despite the years and sweat they have put into the company. J-Hope's solo barely got any support and the results speak for themselves. Their used to be a time when BTS fans were convinced BTS solo comebacks will still be the biggest comebacks in kpop after their own group ones...but BP solos and group comebacks can obviously match or beat them. Military duty not too far away now either.

Twice fans even after renewal get cheap comebacks and haven't had a well received Korean title track in god knows how long. Constant complaints for multiple reasons from promotion to investment. Twice members clearly content with what they get with no more ambition than that so that's not changing even though you'd think they'd deserve more after all the graft and comebacks since debut as well. They will only have Japan to hold onto for the foreseeable future as they get overtaken everywhere else by other groups yet alone being close to BP.

Blackpink on the other hand are moving on swimmingly. Hitting new peaks every comeback, doing less than half the work as their competition but probably making more money than 99.9% of idols, success & relevance not an issue, YG putting more money into them every comeback. All already have established solo careers they can slip into easily.

BP really won in the end and this year will just confirm it when the album is released.

I remember Blinks saying that BTS have zero solo potential unlike the BP members who are all individually really popular but the Rose and Lisa solos were underwhelming at first. If not for Squid Game, Lisa's solo, who is claimed to be the most popular kpop idol, would be forgotten in a week.

Every time BP has a comeback, Blinks bash every group to brag but then spend years being jealous of other groups getting new music and content. If that's your kink, then cool.

Jyp is stupid. They saw how successful The Feels was but they didn't take advantage of that.

Few groups could stay so popular and sell consistently will with the amount of comebacks Twice has. It's stupid to underestimate that.

Blinks never learn that it's not clever to underestimate BTS so there's no point talking about that. You got clowned many times in the past. There might be a next one soon.

Nah, as a team, Kpop Girlgroup always have a shorter lifespan compared to K-Boygroup. Just look at previous generation, we see multiple 1st and 2nd BGs make a comeback and go on tour, even after their military service. While GGs only release a reunion song/album once in a blue moon, even the one that never officially disbanded.

What did I saw that was wrong though? BP are still going from strength to strength and are still ramping up their careers reaching new heights. Jennie on a HBO show, Jisoo will hopefully get more kdramas, Lisa/Rose a lot of potential with their music.

BTS and Twice have reached their peak. Damn high ones especially BTS, but there's only one group out of these 3 still on an upward trajectory.

BP have never been your standard kpop group. If you honestly still think the standard kpop cycles apply to them I have a bridge to sell you.

I’m always amazed how Blinks need to compare BP with BTS and Twice for them to be assured that BP is doing fine. I never see such a childish fandom. It’s been like this since 2016, please Blinks grow up.

Truee, I bet group like Seventeen and NCT 127/Dream will have a much longer lifespan than every single 3rd gen GG out there.

moreover, it's hilarious to see blinks thinking bp will reach anywhere near or even past 10 year level. You can see these girls dgaf about the group and will dip once the opportunity is given. The disadvantage of them having successful solos and no comebacks is that the girls now care more about their careers and not the group. If they did, you would have seen more vlives and at least them gathering together, but even one of their comeback photos were shoot individually.
