question for 90s kids: what happened to kel? did he die? why is the show just called kenan now?

Kel is still alive and probably didn't want to be part of it anymore so it's just called Kenan..that happens.
Of course he didn't die!
He has three children (with two moms), and is focusing on being a dad to all of them.
No hes fine he does radio stuff, as has kids of his own.
Kenan has been more in the spot light in the last couple of years. Plus hes been on SNL since 2003.. So he been constantly working Unlike Kel.
He seems to be doing well but what a weird coincidence i watched a video with him a couple hours ago lol.
