The cutoff is way higher in August than it was for the first half of the year. The cutoff now is 816k filtered streams but at May when LSF debuted it was 760k. Fearless wouldn’t have debuted if LSF debuted in August as it streams were 805k. NJ tracks were a bit higher but still not enough to get over the hump. They are only in one playlist right now so when they get added to more streams would go up.

Spotify chart exists for each country and there is also a Spotify global chart. Newjeans is charting in many asian country Spotify chart.
They are not on the global Spotify chart yet. Spotify global chart lists the top200 songs every day that have the most streams from everywhere. It's filtered streams. These days u need above 800k filtered streams to make it to top200 iirc.
