There's no denying that Wonyoung and Yujin are doing the best out of all the girls at the moment. Love Dive is a legit hit, and the two girls are super busy. Wonyoung has good public recognition, Yujin have been active in the variety scene as well. They have a great career ahead of them, if Starship can keep the momentum going and release good songs.
2. LESSERAFILM (CHAEWON + SAKURA)
There's simply no denying the backing of a BIG 4 company. Chaewon and Sakura have the built up fanbase and along with the HYBE backing, LESSERAFILM has great album sales and is part of the Game Caterer show as well. Fearless was also a good track with good concept and it's all up to what comes next for them.
Of all the Iz*One soloists, Yena's debut has been the most successful. With good variety work on the side, Yena is able to develop a secondary entertainment path for herself, and that gives her plenty of options in the future.
4. NAKO
Nako has been doing fantastic since going back to Japan. She was the center of HKT48 and has appeared in dramas and variety shows. As a popular member of the group in Jpop, her career success and relevance is essentially set. Her handshake events were sold out in 3 days, and she's got solo gigs all over.
5. HITOMI
Hitomi similarly, was the center of AKB48, also appeared in dramas and variety shows. She's also got plenty of solo gigs, not like Nako, but she's a popular member and already has her career laid out in front of her.
6. YURI
Like all post Iz*One members, Yuri has gotten good album sales from her debut and comeback releases. She's also gotten a web-drama role that is airing right now. However, she currently lacks a public relevancy factor. She doesn't get a lot of variety show gigs like Yena. She can no doubt survive on album sales, but she will have to release a hit song to go to the next level.
7. EUNBI
I would argue Eunbi has been experimenting the most out of all Iz*One members. Besides the solo releases and variety work, Eunbi is also doing a musical, expanding her artistry. However, all her work has been on the lower profile side, and she lacks the huge fanbase or public recognition like those mentioned above.
8. HYEWON
At this point, Hyewon is essentially a YouTuber/influencer. While "acting" is the path she has supposedly taken, she only has one web-drama role at the moment, one year after disbandment. She did appear in MBC's We Became a Family reality show with Daehwi, and also mainly does YouTube. She also releases songs occassionally.
9. MINJU
Another Iz*One "actress" that lacked real substantial activities. While Minju does have a music show host gig, there has been no news on her acting side until recently when it was revealed that she has been casted on an MBC drama. While this would put her above the web-dramas of Yuri, Yena or Hyewon, nothing has come out yet, and for most of the year, Minju has been going on a few shows here or there, but nothing substantial.
10. CHAEYEON
A surprising turn of event. While being one of the more talented member of the group, at this point no one knows what to do with Chaeyeon. Soloist? Can her name alone carry her career? Group? But all the trainees have been let go from the company. She has gone on SWF, but she was far from the star of the show. Who knows where she goes from now, but as of now, she ranks the lowest on this list.
What do you guys think? Who has the most staying power out of all of them? Five years from now, how would things change?
