The reason I previously thought that V and Jin weren't close was because of that movie where they were shown to be fighting. And V and Jin are vying for World Wide Handsome title, and V seems to be winning that inspite of Jin being the official visual. And Taehyung got to act on a drama first before Jin.
But, I've accidentally comes across Jin and Taehyung moments in youtube. And I was amazed, goggled eyed at how close they were. And I shouldn't have. Jin acts like the maknae, and V they seem to like a lot of the same thing, as Jin said in an video clip. They both like to goof off. And they seem to care for each other very much. And I can see Jin having the patience to be with V, who seems quite a handful in his younger days.
When I used to watched the tiny desk concert, it was odd how V embraced Jin while they were singing. As I thought that they weren't close. Now, it all made sense.
And can I just say, that video clip where Jin was in his graduation uniform, where he had cake on his lip, and when V wipe it out with his fingers and proceed to lick it, made me speechless.
Anyway, I'm thankful that this ship exist, it helps dispel the idea that Jin and Taehyung had beef.
