i guess it just depends on how bad it was, but of course there's still gonna be stans. for me, a BTS ult, i honestly don't know what i'd do. i'd be very, very upset ofc, but i don't know what'd come after that.

knets would be disappointed for sure since what bullying means to them is a little different

It would depend on the severity and how they would handle the controversy (sincere apology etc). For me bullies who are violent towards others and give them a lifetime full of traumas that are not being solved by a sorry should retire from the entertainment industry. A public person has a function that goes beyond visuals and images. They stand for the things that the public supports.
