This made me laugh out loud.

Like did we forget Boy George, Elton John, Liberace, George Michael, Freddie Mercury, Rupaul, Niall Patrick Harris, the fact Vogue by Madonna came out in 1990 after years of prominent use in the House culture in New York, and more very famous 1980s celebrities. Just realized I know so many gay male celebrities versus lesbians. But yeah, a lot of those guys were VERY much flamboyant and not hiding it.

Or those celebrities who were living their daily lives in the 1980s, didn't get famous until later, and yeah, are very much lgbtq+. Interner logic. I didn't see it so it didn't exist.
