Yes, CLASSY by rookie gg CLASS:y (convenient!) is such a good song.
SHUT DOWN was already good, but for me it got a bit overshadowed by the album's b-sides (which is not necessarily a bad thing per se).
But CLASSY? Oh boy, that's the best of stuff. I guess it's the Galactika touch.
And while I was watching the MV yet again, I suddenly remembered Kim Yooyeon of My Teenage Girl. The girl who almost debuted with CLASSy. And I realized, based on what we've seen of the group so far, I can't picture Yooyeon in CLASSy. I don't see how she would have fit in.
Plus, had she got into the group, it would have been over Yoon Chaewon, which is heresy to me. So, everything is as it should be I guess.
And another thought I had while watching a recent stage of theirs; I think CLASSy has the potential to be a successful group. Right now they're not talked about much it seems, but they have all the tools imo: the dancing skills, vocal skills, the visuals. Yes, some of the girls might be a bit too young but don't worry; if you think youth is an issue, life will fix it no time.
