nine weeks after (G)I-DLE's last win!

Isn't it such a rare feat? To have such a belated win on a music show?

Of course Rollin is in its category of its own ; it never won anything before becoming a viral hit 4 years after release.

But what about songs that were hits at release, won some trophies during promotion, then won again weeks after?

Anyway congrats to the girls and to the fans for keeping the dream alive. #8thWIN

Actually 2022 had its fair share of triple crowns already: IVE (ELEVEN), TAEYEON, BIGBANG, PSY on Inkigayo; BIGBANG on M Countdown; IVE (LOVE DIVE) on Music Bank (+three more on Music Core but MuCore doesn't enforce the triple crown rule).

Usually though, artists get their triple crowns by winning three weeks in a row. That's why IDLE's triple crown is so unexpected.
