Saltiness has salt.
Sweetness has sugar.
Umami has MSG.
Then, what do have sourness and bitterness?

Sadly they're long gone.
Do you have an acid in powder form ?
Sure, acids can be solid. I've bought a bag of citric acid once (main acid in lemon). It's hella sour. Like half a teaspoon and it'll be the dominating flavor in whatever you're cooking.

pretty sure it would be acid for bitterness too
bitterness has herbs
sourness has lemons

After some googling and me trying to remember what little chemistry I know I think it's sorta the opposite. Bitterness comes from bases
Might be wrong though

Thank you for you detailed response. I'll add it to the list.
Concerning the bitterness I think mangetout can fit the description as it got no taste. What you think?

sourness has lemons
Haiyaaaa lemon don't last long enough. Citric acid is better

You're talking about the vegetable? I find them quite sweet. Maybe a little bitter but it wouldn't be the main thing I associated with their taste.
From what I can find sourness is from organic acids and bitterness is from organic bases. Still not completely sure about the bitterness though but as simplified answer I think it works

Mangetout is not sweet it got horrible ttaste. It's the worst vegetable ever and tastes like sad.
If you're right we just need to decrease the H3O+ concentration to get our bitterness base.

What sad mangetout are you eating?? They're one of the most kid friendly vegetables
Suppose but I feel like there are easier ways to do it... what are you even up to

The 3 worst vegetable are :
1 - Brussels sprouts (it tastes like natural disasters)
2 - Mangetout (it tastes like terror)
3 - Zucchini (it tastes like sad)
When you eat Mangetout or Snow peas, you remember your bad memories because of its horrible taste.
I tried so many times to eat it but I got the same reaction as him :
Quinine might work for bitterness
What you think?

I like brussel sprouts (especially roasted) and mangetout is tasty
But agreed that raw zucchini is the WORST. It can be nice cooked though

Go for it. Can’t hurt to try
But why do you want it to taste bitter? It’s the worst taste
