And the only one from the picture I recognize to be Chinese is Cay Xukun

Exo, BlackPink, and KPop's Senior Singer.

this also means that the average chinese spends about ~1/30 the amount of the average korean

I'm always amazed by how big the German music market is, I'm European and I can only name Rammstein.

It means people of China are spending more money on music compare to Korea. By the look of it they are spending that money on Korean artists. Korea is just shoveling their money over.

Their market seems overrun with foreign artists. It seems they don't spend as much or consume their own local artists as much? No wonder the government wanted to crack down on idol culture.
