Maroon 5 were really big in early 2000s, if spotify existed back then, they would probably be above BTS
All of Maroon 5's biggest hits happened in 2010s when YouTube was the biggest streaming platform in the world. Still BTS have more YouTube views than Maroon 5 and any of the groups in the list so nope.
Spotify became popular just recently and it wasn't available in Asia for the longest time where BTS and many other groups are exponentially bigger than their western counterparts so it's better not to play this ifs and buts game using Spotify.
He bought in 2020 and only recently got the ownership or that was when he had booked the apartment and just recently the construction was completed? Regardless congratulations to J-Hope... It's his 2nd house in Seoul, right? Or did he sell the previous one?

I'm still confused if it's a single or they are releasing only MV at first....

So they are releasing all the teased collabs on this album.
That Tommy Brown produced song is the pre-release...
Jon Bellion produced Jungkook's 'Seven' too, right?
Also Pdogg and GHSTLOOP working together a lot lately. They are credited on all the new songs of 'Muse'.
'Muse' overall looks very promising. Interesting collabs, producers, and the singles actually seem very intriguing. Looking forward to it....
Why people keep talking about album releases? This has nothing to do with that. IU was always in the TOP5 or more like TOP3 even when she didn't release anything.
Because it does matter if artists release music or not in the given year or the previous year. SNSD were top5 for historic 10 consecutive years and stopped making top 10 after they stopped releasing music. IU wasn't in the top 10 in 2016 when she didn't release anything let alone top 5 or top 3.
It's a known fact that noone can beat IU, not even BTS. I don't even understand why people want to compare her with groups. She's in her own league.
This is actually the first time IU is above BTS in Gallup Korea since 2017. They topped the polls from 2018-2022 and were #2 last year to NewJeans after announcing the hiatus.
Also this is not year end poll. It looks like this is just the first poll for 2024.
They lost the top, and their % was 4.9% while the 1,345 years old was 9.0%.
Only you are stupid enough to expect a group which hasn't released anything for more than a year and announced hiatus more than 2 years ago to top the ranking of the survey taken on the quarterly basis.
IU released music in this quarter so if you were not expecting to see her here at least in the top 3 then you are actually dumb....
This is a bit funny coz NewJeans fans are trying hard to prove that NewJeans didn't get any privilege while this type of stuff just keeps on proving that even amongst HYBE acts NewJeans has been the most privileged group because not even TxT got this much push by the company.
I don't care about BT21 tbt but I guess LINE wants to make some money with NewJeans debuting in Japan hence might have done this or might be good marketing by Ador to make them more visible in Japan or finally earn some money from merch sales...

Insane how3 of the members recorded 2 solo albums. And who knows what else they have stored up. BTS really said that they're not going anywhere, even on group hiatus.
This will be overall 10th album in less than 2 years....
