BP is still overhyped, and as soloists they are still rookies, that's why they're still on the top. 99% of Idol soloist were on top for a couple of years. After their group disbanded, they didn't top the charts anymore. I can only name like 3 group members who can top the charts after more than 5-10 years in this industry.
For the record, neither of them broke BoA's pre-orders, and she set those records in the early 2000s. Only Jisoo did that, because of her mass buying Chinese fans. They were in kindergarten when BoA did those numbers, and they still can't outsell her in their best era.
The most overhyped girl group can't outsell a 1st gen Idol and BLONKS want to call them the biggest. 😂

Go read some Album sales stats of IVE, Aespa, NewJeans, Gidle for example. They didn't sold more than BORN PINK, but they are close to it. Not to mention, BP only has 2 album with more than 1M sales, so all of these groups sold more albums overall, already. That's why I always said, BLINKS are delusional.
Blackpink has no Solo career, they're rookies. Let's see if their so called fans will give them 1B views even after 5-10 years.

The erasure of Blackpink tours results and streaming/views says a lot how you try to downplay them but the facts are here and they never lie.
Blackpink rookie solos are doing much better than any active idol groups and we'll see their sales too, although we already have some with their albums.

Having no streaming and SNS in the 2nd gen is not irrelevant! Also, just because you see Blackpink in the mainstream media more, doesn't mean they're more popular than Bigbang, SNSD or 2NE1. Neither of these groups are active, yet 2NE1 concert tickets were sold-out faster than BP girlies taking a step. 🤣

The fact that she broke some records and no other female soloist have broken them speaks a lot. And her streams are totally good, views too. People just love to downplay her to make it seem like bruno carried the song
