The members of the only group of Ador making a live saying how they want MHJ back and how they feel MHJ is part of the group, apart from saying how they feel misstreated by Hybe and the new CEO/managers they've been put by Hybe themselves to control Ador, is obviously going to be REALLY important for an injunction that its whole point is deciding if MHJ should be back to her position or not. The judges are also real people and apart from using the laws in these things there're many grey areas where they've to make decisions that can set a precedent and they've to decide what they think it's the most fair. That's happening next week, so NJ's live was definitely not useless.
This is not even talking about the amount of support they got in Korea from the general public, experts of the industry, judges and lawyers, even other artists including Jungkook posted supporting them but ifans are living in a completely different world at this point, too busy feeding their own narrative.
that's why that hybe pr exec talked about the group being gaslit and how that would be a way for mhj to do a takeover. that's why she tried to negotiate to be able to terminate contracts. the relationship with the artists matters. with the way things are going i dont see how hybe does not make it very hard for her to come back as ceo. there's already financial analysis how hybe will be fine without newjeans. i think they've fully given up on that end.

It's back because FRAUDOR (HYBE) lied about the circumstances surrounding its deletion, and tried to use media play to suggest the director was lying or misrepresenting the reason the channel was taken down.
It's back because they continued lying, refused to apologize and the director went "fuck HYBE" and restored the channel and then declared he'd be seeing them for defamation.
There was NO REASON for HYBE to touch that channel, but again, their fragile egos were more important than anything else and they wanted to get back at the director because he turned down their requests to work with their other groups and only wanted to produce content for NewJeans.
ador told the director they had not requested for the channel to be deleted. the director could've posted all the evidence of that and he didnt. why?

I never said they did. I said I want the company to collapse under the weight of their egos, arrogance, insecurity and toxicity. I never projected those feelings on to the members or MHJ, who would never publicly make comments like that even if they felt the same.
Stop. This diatribe literally started with the words "the dispatch expose" and that alone invalidates everything that followed.
Why is the company that publicly stated they would take actions to protect NewJeans and make sure they could continue their activities without interruption LEAKING PRE DEBUT FOOTAGE TO KOREA'S TMZ.
There is no justification for that disgusting and morally bankrupt attempt at swaying public opinion, and it has NOTHING to do with the actual case.
Stop making excuses for their deranged, shitty behavior towards NewJeans and acting like the girls haven't been subjected to or harmed by HYBE directly since this dispute started.
What do you mean you don't get why? It's common sense. She wants the contract that was drawn up to be honored, just like the courts decided. She also doesn't want to abandon NewJeans to HYBE. Unlike the cowardly incels at HYBE, MHJ doesn't hide from the public eye during this dispute and has been very explicit about why she's still fighting. She doesn't want the culmination of her life's work, NewJeans, to be turned into shit by HYBE.
It's really not that complicated. Why would she fold now, when the courts and public opinion is so heavily on her side, and HYBE has filed multiple lawsuits and initiated a police investigation against her?
She's confident she will win, and she should be, because she will.

newjeans have been harmed and i think there's really no conclusion to this where they dont leave hybe. but the blame lies in the people who provided dispatch those videos and the adults that surround them like mhj and their parents. no one is thinking about them. hybe cannot let mhj stay as ceo. there's no trust.

It was already delayed. That's one of the main reasons they went live. HYBE is sabotaging not only their future projects but even their previous work. There was no reason to go after the Ban Heesoo YT channel The Dolhpiners created for the fans and used to establish the lore of Ditto, but HYBE fucked that up and managed to piss off one of the most respected directors in the industry, who never wanted to work with K-Pop labels until he met MHJ and NewJeans.

isnt the channel back? and ADOR stated they never wanted him to delete that channel? he got angry at the request to remove the ETA Director's cut and deleted everything. Has he provided the evidence he said he would?
edit: how can they not delay it when the main person behind it, who insists on controlling everything is missing in action? if hybe found a creative that wanted to work with them and produce their album you think they would accept it? and it's funny how mhj and her collaborators insist on saying how they dont like kpop.

they'll probably only work with mhj and mhj is missing in action because it's CEO or nothing. the current ADOR is probably only trying to keep things afloat. i find it very difficult to consider newjeans staying without mhj and how is mhj staying when she's badmouthing everyone at hybe at every chance she gets. i just dont see it. the mhj supporters also dont see it, that's why they want hybe in ruins. which in turn puts all the other acts in jeopardy. but hey, everything it takes to save the kpop industry. mhj was in sm for years and somehow the biggest kpop acts have been from YG and HYBE.
tldr: hybe is far from perfect but mhj is a narcissist with delusions of grandeur, everytime she has any airtime that becomes even more clear to me. let's see how this ends.

I'm trying really hard to be respectful, but you've been way too active in this thread and written way too many essays in defense of HYBE to be asking these questions at this point.
What has HYBE done? Oh, I don't know. Maybe use their industry connections and control over the media to attempt to bury MHJ with salacious, almost comically absurd media play while actively trying to sabotage NewJeans behind the scenes
And they did a poor job at both.
There is no defensible reason for giving DISPATCH the pre-debut videos of NewJeans members during their dance evaluation or sending them screenshots of their medical history. Nor was there a need for Belift (HYBE) to upload a video claiming NewJeans' concept was to cater adult fantasies while trying to create a narrative littered with blatant misinformation. Dispatch themselves outed HYBE as their source, and other media members have said HYBE's.PR has constantly tried to block any positive articles about NewJeans and greenlights all negative articles
In June ALONE there were over 600 negative articles written about NewJeans.
So don't sit at your keyboard or your phone and tell me they've only targeted Min Heejin. They have not. NewJeans themselves have spoken candidly about how they feel isolated and afraid after what HYBE has done to them since this conflict started.
Think what you want about MHJ, but HYBE has done NOTHING to earn or deserve the trust of NewJeans, their parents or us, the fans.

yes, the dispatch expose should not have used source music videos about their past projects. it only antagonized newjeans members but that made it clear to me they have already given up on getting them on hybe's side. just sad really. neither should they have added a disclaimer about why certain members were missing from the trainee practice. sucks that they've been this underhanded while trying to get mhj away from hybe to protect other labels and artists from her sabotage (yes, she was sabotaging ILLIT from day one).

send a message to hybe? mhj did say that neither her nor the members want to leave. but the deadline should be followed up by something. the only thing that happened was that journalist releasing the hybe pr exec recording and the mhj interview.
next up is the committee hearing, the injuction hearing and the injuction decision. meanwhile im guessing the members wont do any music and just focus on brand sponsorships, etc.

The members are clearly fine with their messages of support being posted and gave their consent. They've sent similar messages of support to MHJ publicly through their app, Phoning.
They also have the right to express their opinions about their own careers and not be frankly insulted by people concern trolling them and calling them gaslit or brainwashed.
Maybe, just maybe, NewJeans, being the ones at the epicenter of this conflict, know their situation better than company stans on the outside who turn into rabid attack dogs anytime a perceived threat to the earnings report (that earns them no money) is identified.
Lastly, while I'm monitoring and participating in this thread, I will not allow any of you people to make a bigger deal out of MHJ posting messages she received from NewJeans, obviously with their blessing, than you did and continue to do when it comes to HYBE and their leaking of NewJeans' pre-debut footage and medical history to Dispatch.
tl;dr Fuck HYBE and I hope that company goes up in flames and the multi label system collapses. It would be the best thing to happen to the industry this decade easily.
