Yeah since Block B had their first big hit NalinA in 2012 which is the same year as EXO debuted, whom people place in 3rd gen, I say Zico's 3rd gen too. Tho I can see the argument for 2.5 gen (same as some people place EXO in).

Legacy and stubborness to change basically. Downloads was the common way to consume music up until 2014/15.
Problem today is that for most songs the chart works relative well except for those with fandoms that exploit the fact one download is weighted much more than one stream, and quite a few services still have it possible to buy and download a song once every day. And some (bugs) its possible to download both mp3 and flac which will both count for the chart (with flac actually being worth more than the mp3). Theres also other ways around it such as making multiple accounts etc.
It used to be even worse a few years ago when genie allowed up to 10 downloads/day, whch all counted for circlechart.
Wow I didn't know this... No wonder kcharts consumption is decreasing.

You didn't find videos of NJ collabing with other Hybe artists because you didn't LOOK. These aren't hard to find. They all have millions of views. Seems like you're more interested in your agenda than an accurate analysis of the facts though.
I meant general association/collaboration and not childish dance challenges, and I'm right, the moment they debuted they were announced as BTS's sister group. It's just funny that no one else is allowed to get clout from them.
