Well, to me it's not a new thing and SM did that to a lot of SNSD albums back in the day. I think that in general they are very cheap with their albums and inclusions, but the price is similar to other kpop albums where you get a lot more.

Her last single, Heaven, had a physical release and it costs around 26 usd and it's literally tiny - less than 5cm in width and around 6cm in height.

I think in this case a lot of non fans voiced their opinions, because it was such a big thing. Soyeon was hinting at something and it got a lot of news online, so a lot of people were probably watching what would be the outcome.

It's also possible that those fans didn't like their recent music but still remain their fans, overall.

None of these are my favourite but I listen to them sometimes. Out of the ones listed, I probably like Indie Pop, Folk rock and Punk Rock the most, if I had to choose.

At this point, it's more like a performance than the dance practice!

The camerawork, the dance, the light work and the new instrumentals - everything looks amazing! It reminded me of Studio Choom preformances.

Yeah, there were some memes done with her looking like that and the fans were fighting even harder 🙈 I don't remember that time fondly, as I hated those fanwars, and later what happened with Jessica. Then 2015 came and after Twice's debut the fanwars started once again.

I remember that, but the whole "scandal" to me was so funny

I don't know if you've been or are a SNSD fan but I am and Sunny just has that resting face, when she's not on camera (and sometimes even on camera, when she's listening to someone). But non-fans wouldn't know that and it was kind of blown out of proportions. She's actually my bias, so I would know and that's why it was funny to me.

I haven't watched it yet, but I can already imagine tons of teasing

My view on this is that kpop is a competition but more so between the fans and fandoms, than actual groups. Idols just do their job but I've never seen them fight with each other verbally or being nasty to each other. Of course, they all want to be successfull but they don't seem to have any ill feelings towards other groups.

It's been like that in previous generations too. Idols from the same or different companies would befriend each other, hang out, probably share similar struggles since they're in the same industry. Support each other. It's sadly the fans who often pit them against each other, ot prove that their group is better.

Yaaaay a comeback and so soon! I'm so excited, I can't wait!!
