You can look up the Level 5 publically. She didn't receive the punishment for physical violence or any in person argument. She received it for cyberbullying. The people that the OP is addressing have jumped into to repeatedly push people into the traffic in your analogy as well, except that they are not 12 year olds but full adults.

Garam would have debts with Hybe for the money invested in her thus far like any newly debuted idol. Hybe prematurely terminating their contract with her at least releases her from that. The other way around would only be an option if Garam and her parents are much richer then the story has made it seem.

SME should at least accomodate for Countries that have Ethnics of that Country performing because it's not really that difficult to do

It's one specific performance in a 34 part set list, Yuta having no close ups would indeed be insane, as he has a solo performance in that set list and obviously did a lot of heavylifting in the ments in between as the japanese speaker but thart is not what happened.

Thought it would be D.O. when I first checked out EXO but Monster put me solidly in the Xiumin camp.
