BTS can work with whoever they want, and do whatever shows they want. Also, they have shares in Hybe, so if the company does well, so do the members. This thread is literally trying to make something out of nothing.

Actually, no they don't have to put up a bid. The bid thing happened once, in 2015, and it didn't go over well at all. At no other time has any act had to pay to play. Basically, the NFL, has a halftime committee, they choose artists from a long list of qualifications, ranging from popularity, genre and how they rate as a performers. They then make a list and then the host city chooses the artist they want. That's why in 2020, the Super Bowl was held in Miami (a large latin population), and the artists were Shakira and J-Lo.

I'm thinking this is perfect promotion for their upcoming legendary collab with Coldplay. Introducing more people to BTS, and then BAM! My Universe feat. BTS

Appreciate it. Yeah, I know them as well, though I'd never heard of 2NE1 or WG or Glam, til I started learning more about the genre itself. I'd add HelloVenus and AoA and Ladies Code to the list as well.

I was 1st introduced to Kpop by girl groups actually. So I liked some songs by, SNSD, Girl's Day, 9muses, Sistar, Hyuna, Brown Eyed Girls, T-ara. But haven't listened to them in a long, long, time.

More recently, I'd say, I've liked some songs from Gfriend, Twice, TXT but it's not anywhere close to how much I listen to BTS honestly.

I've followed BTS since 2015, I don't remember there ever being this kind of sentiment, ever. All I know is that BTS and their fans have been getting hate since I've been a fan. But I'll admit, I never really involved myself too much with things aside from listening to their music.
