I think Jessica also has a very 4th gen look. And tits are timeless so there's also that

I can't quite put my finger on it but there are some notable differences between the visual preferences among the different gens. I think Hara at her prime could've been a top visual had she started her career in the 4th gen despite being heavily overshadowed by the more cute, "pure" looking visuals from 2nd gen (e.g. Yoona, Suzy, Seolhyun).
I also think she has that egirl, simp twitchwhore look that's more of a recent phenomena. Her hair and demeanor remind me of Karina in some ways.

IMYC for the title alone, and a dance track with powerful vocals is generally a guaranteed bop

why wouldn't we be living in a society?

JYP girls have always had strong debuts and early hits before getting cashgrabby early-mid career. JYP has poor focus on long term strategy for groups which is fair because they churn out so many anyway that they can rinse and repeat for the next girl groups. TWICE was also kind of pigeonholed into staying cute and goofy forever because that's how they got huge in the first place and JYP has never took huge risks with his groups, he'd rather play it safe for the consistent cash grab.

Which group has a stronger vocal line, or overall better vocals?

They were both huge but IATB was one of the first, if not the first global Kpop song before Gangnam Style dwarfed it in impact.

Mr.Mr. was and still is a smoother listen for me. IGAB was pretty jarring on the first listen, it gradually got easier but it still feels like too many songs for me. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a musical adventure but I'm usually not so I use Mr.Mr. much more.

It has some staying power but peaking at #26 isn't really something to write home about.

Nope. Irony was released as a single on in February, Bad Boy in March and It's Not love in April all prior to the release of the Album in September. That makes Tell Me which was released at the time of the Album their 4th release. The fact all the other songs were re-released at the same time is immaterial. Nobody was released digitally on Sept 20th. That marks their 5th release.
As for Era's. Unless you define Era's your use of the word is meaningless. If you want to go by that nebulous argument then by shifting things around you can get almost any group to do that. That could mean SNSD with Gee, 2NE1 with "I don't care". Two of the most influential girl groups ever. Two years is also an impossibly long time. Some groups only come out with a single song and they are done. So why are you clearly singling out JYP when so many groups fit that definition?
2 years is not long at all lmao. I only "singled out" JYP because its a recurring pattern for them and that's unusual for such a huge company. A lot of successful groups tend to grow gradually and their peaks tend to be after 2 years. Most groups don't peak immediately (usually due to overhype) or on their 2nd unless they're one hit wonders or they just got very lucky with a song.
