It is a fact that MONEY will make someone more attractive to SOME people. Just look at Elon Musk. I just don’t think it applies to idols because they are already attractive, no matter what pressed kpop fans claim. Idols also aren’t known to be raking in the money or respected in the entertainment industry. Visuals are usually what helps an idol succeed in the beginning.
-
Its fine when unlce fans of twice ask them to do aegyo always but when middle aged women asks male idol to do aegyo then its cringey.
Misogyny
Misandry is the prejudice against men.
-
Whenever they claim to know the idol, be a family member, or a trainee who has met them. Then they start with the outlandish claims/spilling tea.

If they ever decide to perform at the Superbowl, I would hope that they pick more suitable songs than BWL or LGO. Those songs would definitely get them a lot of hate. MIC drop, Dynamite and On would be better choices. BTS has great songs but their recent songs aren't going to do well with the Superbowl crowd.

I guess people like seeing their favs get richer. There are also fans that are doing well enough in life to afford to buy what their favs are selling, which is fine.
My bias group is plenty rich and any new luxury deals arent going to change their lifestyle.
It is normal to them, to have more money than they probably know what to do with.
Wealth inequality is something that cannot be ignored now more than ever in the pandemic. I've seen so much suffering that it makes my stomach roll.
I felt conflicted all last year and this year seeing how celebrities have lived compared to everyone else (although money does not make you immune to hardships, of course).
I am glad my favs have said themselves that they understand how lucky they are to be able to work, to be able to earn while doing what they love, and I am truly happy for them.
I don't blame them for the broken system that exists today. It isn't any one entity's fault. We're all slaves to it in the end. As much as I want to leave
and live in one of those forest communities sometimes, I know I won't, I'm a planet-killing consumer like everyone else.
You are saying this because you've seen the reactions to BTS' LV deal I assume?
I won't be buying anything because of it but I am interested in seeing what the endorsement will entail, just as I am interested in seeing how the McDonald's deal will pan out (which I am equally conflicted about considering the company's history).
It will be fun I'm sure, and it's good promo.
I think one of the biggest reasons pop fans keep up with this stuff is to use it in arguments when other people downplay that artist's status tbh.
Income inequality is something that too many people gloss over and the same people who think that the 1% deserve their wealth because they "worked" hard for it are delusional. It shocked me to learn that the 1% actually made more money during the pandemic and the media ignored it for the most part. Even when I bring it up with friends and family, they don't really care. I hope I won't be around when the bill comes due on this situation.

Whoopty doo they can run a genealogy report hurray for them. What else would they learn? Nothing just what your family tree was, something most saseangs will find out by stalking your sns or following you home.
There isn't much else they can learn besides family tree and disposition towards genetic diseases etc stuff that isn't free or cheap and only works on good dna samples not damaged one's. No saseang is a mad scientist or anything so they aren't learning shit about you.
I hope you didn’t buy any of that blood because that would be creepy and weird. Anyone who buys stuff like that is taking their Stan behavior to another delusional level. Why would anyone buy some strangers blood or body fluids, even if it is being sold. That is not merch, that is plain disgusting.
-
😂😂😂😂 it's blood, there's nothing you can do with it but get sick from injecting it or eating it. ( Sick if its not the same blood type or the blood contains disease) blood is only " viable" for about a few hrs at most at room temperature.
If you think viable for kids?😂😂😂 Then you don't know how sex or biology works which would mean you are waay too young and should be in school not on a kpop forum. BTS isn't teaching anyone academia. The same applies for cloning.
You jumped to a lot of dumb ass conclusions. Where you feeling triggered? You can do genetic testing from blood, that is usually confidential information. If you are handing your genetic material out to strangers they can find out a lot about you. I'm not sure if SM perserved the blood or how it was sold, so to assume the is not longer viable without more info is dumb. Either way it is stupid to ever give away your genetic material without knowing what is going to happen to it. Science has been able to extract genetic information from very old samples before.

I've mostly seen praise for Ateez from Army when they do BTS covers. I've always liked the performances because they perform the covers well and the members have always shown respect towards BTS.

Mob psycho 100 and One punch man

I liked it when it came out and I still like it. I just get moments of Dynamite fatigue. I just hope that they perform other songs in the future.
-
Basically all the points I wanted to say. Maknae line stans are more obsessive and rabid but PJM akgaes go overboard with their need to live vicariously through Jimin’s achievements.
They dgaf that Jimin’s body fluids are being auctioned off to sasaengs without his consent, basically similar to what Lee Soo Man did to his artists. All they care for is whining about missing opportunities to brag about his popularity and demand. You can be proud of your fave’s accomplishments but not to the point where his privacy is being violated, weirdos.
I watched that horrible kpop evolution YT show and when they talked about how SM sold the blood of HOT members, that was so crazy and gross. That is genetic material that I hope isn't viable anymore.

RM would beat you there. See 03:45 😅

BP had catchy songs.
BTS has quality music.
The songs might not be as big, but they would still do better than average.
-
Going viral from a YT video doesn't change the quality of a song. It is a fad, just like many other songs and artists in the past. Taste is also subjective so maybe more people who would've liked the song were also finally exposed to it. Still doesn't change that most GP follow trends then drop it when the trends dies down. Might be why GG don't last as long as BG, even though they don't have Enlistment to deal with.

My favorite Britney Spears song.
