ripia worked hard for a very long time, it wasn't just his promotion of allkill that should be his trademark. he was very controversial but i hope others also* have fonder memories of him and all of our hard working staff.
johnny keeps the forum up despite all the hate and i hope that goodwill to us never runs out. it's crazy to me how hard he works behind the scenes and please don't forget about all the hard work with the article staff too. you should see some of the crazy stuff they see...
i never had a chance to meet the old staff, not really, but even hearing things i did, it seems like they also worked so hard to make the forum interesting and exciting.
no one's perfect and i suppose time will tell.
to answer the original question - Are subforums worth it?
yes and no.
it depends on what you'd like to create!

A lot of my korean friends grew up speaking spanish and are more fluent in spanish than in korean. You'll find there are a surprising amount of koreans all over the world and in high concentrations in countries where spanish is the main.

I can see that you're very frustrated about that, thank you for being patient.
We'll try to get it fixed in the meantime but it might be up to the widget creator, which would mean a very long time before it can be fixed.

So I'm hoping when you add that, you should get the proper notice by the person who wants to update or edit the article. YOU'LL need to approve it before it is changed AND this way you'll have a DM to show you and the person requesting have been civil about the entry.
If you aren't given proper notice or request, this would create a way to track who edited and either roll it back (I have to ask Ves if this is doable, lol.) or to penalize the person who is messing with your entry/entries.
Since this is for the benefit of the talent or group, please be sure to communicate with your requesting users and do what's best for the person or group.
