Is it Sooyoung here (I'm guessing by her legs lmao)?
Their pics with BoA are so cute
I didn't found an image with higher res, so I used gigapixel ai, the results were good

I really liked GGB, but their new song "La La La" wasn't my cup of tea, anyhow, I will still keep an eye out for them.
Some brazilians might like a collab with Pablo Vittar/Anitta, but I imagine that the korean fans would just get confused, lmao.

I hope so, they are very talented

I definitely can, I don't feel depressed, or sad, just bored you know?
I just keep going, watching something on yt or netflix here, watching some mvs there, seeing my kpop faves updates on instagram, sometimes I play videogames, I just go, maybe I will find something one day, maybe I will get there (somewhere?), idk, better just keep it that way.

Nowadays, it feels like that energy and drive can be found in pop music of other (non-US/UK) countries that seem to catch up to and surpass a regressing American pop music scene, like how K-pop is thriving.
That's simply fantastic, your entire post described exactly my feelings regarding American pop nowadays.
Before anyone reads, these are only my opinions, and maybe from your point of view, I might be completely wrong (which is fine, I respect it).
[Hidden in the spoiler, because it ended up too big]
I face it as more of a cultural and economic shift, from the west, into the east. With countries like Korea starting to have an edge world wide in the tech (Samsung most notably) and cultural (Kpop, Kdramas) fields, and China exporting all kinds of goods to the whole world (and in the near future will probably surpass the U.S. economically), it seems that soon enough Asia will be the new "west".
In regards to music I make your words mine, I feel that they are more lazy now when it comes to the production value and creativity for their artists, just make a mediocre music + a mediocre mv and that's it. While the U.S. was sleeping, kpop industry has been flourishing with lots of creative and passionate people that don't just make half a work, and send it to the public, from what I can see, they care alot more about the person in the end that will be listening to their songs and watching their mvs.
It just feels that in the west the standards for a song to be considered good dropped, and the producers decided to stick with the standards, because why not? People are still listening and loving their artists, not everyone is able to face that their quality just went down completely and stop listening to them, nooo, they just love them unconditionally, no matter what, which in the end always fills up the pockets of the labels, but now at a smaller (creative and money) cost.
I think that this trend of "trashing" the U.S. artists started around 2013, because (as an example) I remember how good Lady Gaga's songs from 2011/12 were (judas era), but idk, 2013 came and not only her songs, but from other artists too, just seemed blend, boring, repetitive, hell even soulless.
It was depressing really, but I moved on, now I listen to pop from all over Asia (mainly kpop). And from the west, very rarely I will listen to Ava Max (which gives me and early 2000s vibe) and Iggy Azalea, and maybe some childhood songs, but that's it.

Kpop is surely very popular among teens nowadays, and as it is expanding fast, I bet that in 10 years it will be at least in the top 3 of most listened music genres, in 2019 it ranked in 7th place.
In my opinion is just a matter of time, until full domination.

Perfect, the last decade definitely was the underrated ggs era, its sad cuz they didn't got big, but I'm happy due to them at least releasing those bops to us.
R.I.P. all underrated ggs which didn't got very popular, but, that cheer up our hearts till this day

Just by looking at her photos you can tell that something is off

I'm a gg stan, the only bgs that I listen are Super Junior and Beast, maybe its because I really like the ggs singing (and their performances).
In the case of bgs people maybe are more interested in the boys too, but idk, music from ggs and bgs have a different vibe, so depending on the person they might like one style instead than the other.

I would prefer the high iq, because you can improve your social abilities.
