Mcountdown doesn’t require attendance, you just have to have promoted on at least one music show the week before. The Show is the only one that requires artists to attend their show. I don’t think wins is that great of a metric to use bc timing plays a significant part in it, but if anyone’s gonna use it, the numbers should be on equal footing

Bc they’re talking about using number of wins to determine the top groups. Most of those groups have wins on a music show that requires you to peform on it to be eligible to win, and some of those groups have never attended.

How many of these groups’ wins are from The Show? I know skz and itzy have never gone on there and you have to appear to win. not sure about the others. Also tbh I don’t know if wins is the best metric for this. Aespa for example only has one and we all know they’re probably at least number 2 for the ggs

Internationally bts is the only Kpop group in general, unless you mean hits among international kpop fans. If that’s the case then I’d say kick it and gods menu. Domestically it’s just bts as well

Yeah it’s pretty stupid to let the fans decide so much. I mean, the boyz were in last place by a decent amount going into the finale and ended up in second place. What kinda bs is that?? Thank god my favs would’ve won even without all the fan voting and streaming.
