I think I understand. Not that ARMY can't do more than one thing at once, but the focus and priority should be on V and JK's music. I think there is just uncertainty around how much effort they'll be putting in this time around seeing how "Love Letters" went over penepol and that they might go harder. I do think that concern may be somewhat overblown. Hopefully, the fact that they are army would mean they will have BTS's best interests in mind, but I get worrying about it.

If there are ARMY just spamming with it, then that would be a shame. I like to remain hopeful and think that the majority would not be that dim.

As I said above, the global ARMY song project is done every year - or at least since 2017. This one has been in the planning for months - nothing to do with the reactions to Love Letters and nothing to do with Tae’s solo. It is simply unfortunate that their timing ended up co-inciding.

I genuinely just find them fascinating from the small amount I’ve seen so far, but I keep seeing them under the umbrella of Kpop, even though that doesn’t seem how they should be classified.

Are we counting them as Kpop, Jpop, but so much is in English?

Whichever way, they’ve just been coming on my radar the last couple of weeks, and they make me want to reevaluate my stance on not checking out foetus groups because they seem to be absolutely incredible, so talented, so charismatic beyond their years.
