i can already see how it could end bad for BTS. because the giant companies tend to be verry profit oriented and very commercial.

the co-ceo of big hit has already hinted at it several times - referring to fans as consumers and viewing BTS as a source of revenue and making barely any accents on their artistic side.

Big hit is already doing it with bts, they only publish profit oriented content and profit oriented music .

I guess it could end very bad for bts music, and BTS could walk away from big hit because they can't follow their artistic goals there.

big hit plays big and dangerous game and if someone thinks that in this game (or on any platform) BTS has 0.01% to say, is very mistaken.

big hit has become too big for BTS to have any influence there.

I don't know what kind of contract BTS has with big hit, but big hit will be a monster that will take everything out of bts and then throw them away without looking back.

BTS will not always be together and will not always be popular and if one day it will happen and the name "BTS" will no longer be relevant, no one will care who RM or Suga or V are. because they will not be popular. and then in their 40s they will be forced to start everything from new or go from music.

SM is doing it right, letting their artist become independent as artist from their group. appearing on TV, connecting with other industry colleagues, doing solo work. doing collaborations with other artists.

that's why in SM there are already several great solo artists who are already very well known in the industry besides their group activities.

But BTS can't even go to toilet without big hits permission.

BTS has said it a thousand times, they would love to do solos, and that's why there was this rumor of breakup. even bts self said it : the members wanted to make their own music and they just didn't have the time because of the world tour and also there was talk that rap line especially was not happy about the change of musical direction in the group. that a hip hop group suddenly became a pop group with minimal rap.

even bts has talked about it several times ; RM almost always says it . that they all want to make different music but they sit in the same bot and have no other choice at the moment.

ah, these free mixtapes are just a waste of time for BTS.

while other artists from other companies are releasing solo works and making names as artists , winning various awards, BTS is releasing the same music or maybe even better, for free.

I don't think any music should be free. anyway this idea of free music is very strange and only bts does that. no western artist releases free music or whole album.

only non-popular artists who are just starting their careers make their works freely available to others so that more people can get to know them.

but why is there a need for bts? millions of people would buy anything without thinking what they release.

they will not be popular forever. if they do not use this time now then when ?

bts is just wasting their time and energy as an artist. just because their company has forbidden them to sell their own content officially.

Imagine how much work Suga put into his album, paid money for collaborations, paid money for MV and in the end couldn't even see the success of his work because officially this beautiful album doesn't exist and because shit big hit didn't allow him to sell it officially.

it's a pity because firstly it was his hard work and secondly in korea much worse albums were hyped when his album could be a hit.

I think big hit is blocking the brand name "BTS" for them to use on their own and make money independently from the company.

and the fans don't even ask why happens that the biggest group in the world has so much free music like no other? not even youtube musicians make more free stuff.

everything BTS publishes and sells goes into big hits pocket. rest is free.

and i am sure that these MVs will be just as good as any BP or BB MVs. i am a fan of the MV style that both of these groups have.

unlike Big hit and BTS MV - where whole set is just plastic items and are fake.

Lately I enjoy more BP MVs than BTS. Although I'm not a BP fan (and don't plan to be).

we have to admit it YG produces best MVs in entire Kpop.

While Big Hit are the worst in Kpop when it comes to MVs, Photoshootings, when it comes to styling , and generally something innovative and new.

for years now they keep shooting these boring , cheap 1 dollar MVs .

Have cheap products become the trademark of Big Hit and their artists ? BTS definitely gets the cheapest stuff in the last time.

while Big hit invests the money earned from BTS in other companies and tries to get even richer. while BTS members are not even allowed to use company resources for their solo work and are forced to publish free and cheap content at their own cost.

i don't understand this principle anyway, why should a group that has biggest fanbase and can sell everything in this world publish free content. fans are literally begging for solo works from member.

I remember that Suga for Daechvita MV found himself whole production team at his own cost. but from other bts members we will certainly not get high quality products, because big hit just does not want to support them.

it's been a long time since bts / big hit have released something with high quality, be it MV or sound. and if we consider BE album concept it will be another boring song.

or they will have another cheap version of LGO MV

i'd like to say BP, they are very successful but i don't respect/accept them as artists. for me they are the laziest group ever, who just show the most necessary artistic efforts on stage and off stage.

they are for me more like part time musicians, who release music only in their main job free time.

but they are definitely the most beautiful group ever. so we will forgive them a lot.

oh come on exoL. you just have to admit it, exo was just a stereotypical kpop group created by a big and rich company. and their success was planned and expected. they had everything they needed to be successful. million dollar company behind them, resources and attention and industry support. exo was never nugus. SM privilege made 50% of their success from the beginning .

and exo was not very different from other groups created by the same company. they have nothing new musically: they have the same tired kpop sound .

and if we do a poll here in 2021 about: which are the top kpop groups of all time, exo will surely not even make it into top 5. it's the reality.
