Looking at the impact of SM acts on this 3rd gen and current situation, I'd say SNSD.

No disregard to other acts but just the sheer amount of 3rd gen having SNSD or Taeyeon as their role model/idol who they look up to, their music still being played often especially in important settings like how they use ITNW for rallies, how people still hype them and anticipate their comeback.

They might not be no.1 in SM in terms of sales/records/revenue generated but the fact they're still so oftenly appreciated, loved and anticipated is quite amazing

Although to be fair BoA HOT and SES were first gen acts and due to the nature of internet, music industry in general (non digital era) and spread of Kpop the situation was vastly different.

I think that's her mum's house. I remember seeing the bed since BP's first year when all the girls still had to stay in the dorm.

I don't doubt Jennie has more than enough money to buy her own place, but it's nice she's staying with her mum. She didn't get to spend a lot of time with her mum when she was a child-teen, and probably will not stay together when she's married/has a family on her own.

He still has the biggest % of shares which means of course he has a say in major decisions (future investments etc) but I don't think he's micromanaging like what songs to give YG acts, what shows to attend etc
