I wasn’t wowed by either when they were first released but Solo had a lot more character and gave some justice to Jennie. It showcased her.
OTG felt like an opener in an album leading to the title track. It left me wanting more and kinda frustrated bc Rose could’ve really been dealt a fantastic song.

What about Gone? I get for some they might find it forgettable so I respect your opinion.
The lyrics are pretty personal which I like tho.
I like Gone. It’s something I see myself singing to. They’re both a little more stripped down than the songs I generally like but it’s just personal preference. Some ppl like this kind of sound so i get why people gravitate towards it.

Yes yours is very unpopular
Lol how immature.

Mild?forgettable?lol. Its the complete opposite for the most
Thought i was being very respectful while being honest. Not everyone will have the same opinion.

A bit disappointed. That’s on not on rose at all. More so the music. I think she could’ve slayed with a better song. She certainly has the talent to do so.

I think she deserved a better song. Music video is beautiful and she’s absolutely stunning. The song is forgettable. I was hoping for something more moving and less predictable. It was very...mild.

I've only seen one, so I can't really say which was best. If there was a poll, I wouldn't vote. However,
I would imagine BP's would be the most enjoyable just because YG concerts tend to have extremely high budget for the visuals. stage effects etc. I like things that look more grandiose when it comes to live concerts, otherwise I would just watch videos of their music show performances with live vocals and it would be practically the same thing.so..how can yall say they’re the better concert when you never watched the other’s concerts before and therefore have no bearing on the quality?
Ive watched both. You cant really compare bc they’re both very different but awesome experiences. They both invest an incredible amount on their performances.

Some of the performances were normal performances that were kinda lackluster/underwhelming. You’d think yg would put more thought into all of their stages, esp since bp looks better with more props and better camera work.
But some of the performances were straight fire. Sour candy/d4/solo were amazing. Im sure im missing other performances.
Was expecting more from Rose’s solo but im wishing her the best.
Wished they performed more songs. Surprised ice cream didnt make the cut.
7/10

BTS had a western fanbase that hard carried them since their debut. Imo it was a mix of their music (more western), their underdog status, and the fact they took advantage of social media in a time when most kpop artists didnt. social media played a big part honestly. They were up to date with the trends, constantly communicated with fans, and just seemed relatable bc of it
