Anyways random thought, my faves forget their lyrics all the time but the fandom clowns them, make compilations and laugh at them and meme the hell out of them. Imagining forgetting lyrics to songs you write yourself how shameful.

This so much. When its nugu group they just become memes and light jokes, but when it comes to big groups like blackpink, twice and BTS suddenly any mistake on stage or stuff like this gets so blown out of proportion it’s crazy.
I agree their performance isn’t the best but the goal is for fans to have fan, I’ve seen some complaints here and there from actual fans but they’re really just a few

Depend on the song, if are those like “I love you and you are so amazing” I don’t really like it because it’s not the way I express love, BUT I do understand some people prefer to express love in this way and appreciate it.

I agree with you partly, I do think some people work better as group but about having a successful promotional single (not really about taking the world by storm) you just need to find what works for you and that doesn't always match with doing what you like
