juno was actually a quite popular movie, I didn't watch it myself but it was like a mandatory movie for teenagers that were into indie stuff back in the day

submarine (2010) was that movie for me, its just coming of age of awkward teenager boy, had good aesthetics and a good ost (it was all alex turner), but I really did not understand the fuss of it all

Mantra had a 90s feels to it so I thought she would go that route

It's nice to see she is going through many styles, this one I liked the visuals very much but I'm still more into Mantra as song (as many have pointed out I also think its just an intro)

Personal opinion, but I think they should def go for a new name or acronym like NJ and make a whole new global redebut since the girls are more experienced as artists etc

figthing for their name is also good for their brand I agree, but also the other way seems like a possible route imo

I think its bc they have money and backup (MHJ), and I don't think HYBE will try to take everything from them (like kpop companies usually do with groups that try to exit) considering the public opinion on this case

I'm not american so I can't really understand the whole context about immigrants, but from a south american standpoint this seems so crazy to me, like if someone is born here they're a citizen of this country

I also think it has to do with the fact that you kinda of grew out of it? I know it was the case for me, I still like it but dont really relate or have the time I had back then

unless you're hoping through trends its almost impossible to have #1 hits through your whole career, even more difficult if you're not the one in charge of your own creative direction

They're doing more than fine, twice and their 3rd gen counterparts are able to tour greatly and have a stable fandom that can give them good results in every comeback
