And it was hidden from them until the last minute too, on their vlive after, they said they were going to leave but the staff said they had to stay to film something else, they were lead to the studio and wondered why it was the studio they were going to and only then is where it started dawning on them.
I love Show Champion, the way they left the camera running until the very end was so unusual and signified how big it was for the girls. I am sure today will never be forgotten

I like Locked inside a door better than I thought I would from the preview. Pretty groovy song.
Starlight is good, the end of it has some of the most beautiful vocals ever from Siyeon and Yoohyeon. Could take or leave Together and Always
Sua, Dami and Siyeon's solos and the little Skit: The Seven Doors outro gave me eargasms.

Deceased. This hit so much harder than BEcause and it's constant and persistent rock. Pace reminds me more of Odd Eye. Right up my ally.
People might not like it as much at first because it doesn't really build to the chorus and have a flashy switch/change in style. But in my opinion how it all comes together at the end and is so intense with the orchestral chanting is a thing of beauty.
Dami's rap is so satisfying once you're used to the song too

This is their weakest track in awhile for me. Maybe it'll grow on me, I'm also only hearing this on phone speakers laying in bed.
Probably because the teaser also gave like half the song away and I listened to the teaser like a hundred times so there were no surprises for me by the time I heard this.
Its still a great song but just not DC standard for me....will update when I hear this on headphones
This needs Spotify max quality with good headphones. The youtube compression makes a huge difference imo.

Soyeon is living her Avril Lavigne dream and I am so happy for her (and my ears) She keeps talking about how she idolized Avril so this whole aesthetic and sound for them isn't surprising. I want more.
No matter what concept IDLE tries on, I end up loving it. Not sure what kind of crack is laced in their tracks but everything is gold.

The good thing about IDLE is they all have such uniquely interesting colours to their voices so there is a lot of potential with their solos . Yuqi's was freaking amazing, some of my favourite songs last year. I can't wait to hear what Miyeon can do. I am going to go wild when Minnie finally gets a proper solo too as her voice is in my top 3 of all kpop. Could arguably even be my favourite for tone.
