Wasn't Gee the biggest overall song, not just idol song, digitally that year in Korea? Is Next Level even the top 3 digitally overall song of this year?
To be on Gee's level, NL definitely needs to end the year as number 1 song on chart. Chance of that happening is low though.

I think the reason she's doing it with Dasom is because Dasom doesn't have an agency. Bora and Soyu are both in an agency and I doubt their agency want them to have anything to do with Hyolyn.
It seems like Sejeong really treasure her friendship with Jihyo. She mentions her affection for Jihyo every chance she gets

I actually don’t think Rose is replaceable musically at all. In my opinion, the distinct tone of her voice (and Jennie’s) has a lot to do with BP’s global appeal. Replace her with another kpop main vocal like Jihyo or Wendy and BP loses a big part of their sound.
I know some people are annoyed by her indie girl voice but for me, it works. Her voice gives BP a western flavor that wouldn’t be the same without her.
I feel the same about Jungkook too. His voice is perfectly radio friendly and gives BTS’s music that accessible pop flavor.
Wendy would enhance BP so much. They will finally have a real main vocalist.
The only problem I see though is that the difference in vocal ability between Wendy and the rest of the BP members would be too much and it would be too obvious and the other members might get hate for that. With Rose, all the members vocal ability are pretty close so it is not obvious.
This is generationally, not for a single year.

Their peak wasn't very long. Nontheless, SG Wannabe had the number 1 digital against all singers including non idols in 2005 and 2006. They had the most albums sold for year 2005 and 2007. They were number 2 in albums sold in 2006.

Maybe JYP should start producing for them so that Day6 can be more sucessfull.
