"These clothes are ugly"

    Well... I remember looking at a a picture on my former classmate's Facebook account.

    And it was a picture of both of us and my other female classmates, back then when we graduated from 9th grade.

    Most of us were wearing the Faroese traditional clothing. (I wasn't wearing it another classmate wasn't wearing it either)

    And then I saw a guy commenting in Danish something like "What the hell are you guys wearing?"

    And she replied "This is the Faroese traditional clothing."

    "It looks ugly"


    I remember feeling a bit offended by this, because I felt it was respectless of him to say such things about our traditional clothes.

    I don't know, I just feel it is rude to trash talk someone's traditional clothing.

    My father couldn’t find the right option for a present for my mother, because he wanted to give her something original and useful. Meanwhile, my mother has been addicted to clothes, something as suits, dresses, beautiful shoes, and so on. The right option for the present could be only clothes, so my father ordered a dress from Amazon, it is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. Beige color also I told him that he needs to order also a suit because it is a trend this year. Well, he ordered a very beautiful and special green one. My mother was amazed she looked gorgeous wearing these clothes.
