In Korea, girl groups are getting hits after hits while boy groups cannot enter the charts. We have multiple it girls yet no boys with public recognition. Even internationally, Ive songs outdo boy group songs when it comes to Spotify/Apple Music charts. Girl groups are known for lower sales, yet Nmixx/Aespa/Ive/Lesserafim are clearing 400K, catching up to boy group sales. Why are girl groups in 4th gen making such big strides in every aspects and boy groups not so much?

Because in Korea, girl groups have always been more reliant on casual listeners, whereas boy groups usually need a big fandom first to gain good public recognition (especially since 3rd gen began). One person can like several groups casually, but if you have the opportunities kfans do (going to fansigns, concerts, events, etc. regularly) it's difficult to seriously stan multiple groups. Most Korean bg fans stan one group at a time for this reason. And when 4th gen began, the gap between top groups and your average bg were really, really dramatic; imagine how it was for brand new groups.
And another factor: Girl groups tend to be consumed by a wider demographic (men, women of a wider range of ages) because it's seen as more socially acceptable; whereas boy groups are often stereotyped as something for hormonal teenage girls (yay…misogyny).
I think the 4th gen bg with the most male fans percentage-wise is Stray Kids, their fanbase is also less skewed towards (younger) teens....Based on that one could say good rappers if any, being known as artists, title tracks that make the group appear cool but have actual concepts and themes (unlike the nondescript dark sleek concept almost all smaller 4th gen bgs are doing) perhaps not even taking yourself too seriously, gender neutrality in lyrics (=not explicitly targeting a girl in the lyrics to every single song), diverse topics and genres, and very different vocal colours help somewhat...?
Girl groups also peak faster, allowing people to move on to newer ones faster.

Boy groups in 2nd gen and early 3rd gen were doing so, so much better.
But boy groups still have the biggest album sales, and also with international popularity which is far more based on K-pop fans not general public, boy groups can keep up with girl groups.

Ofc gg are ruling in Korea but even internationally which is supposed to be bgs crown they are taking the cake

Only in Korea.
Boygroup are more consumed internationally. In streaming plataforms, the gap between the popularity of title tracks between the bigger girlgroups and the bigger boygroups are nothing, but the gap in the b-sides are huge. The gap in physicals is huge and in touring will become even more as soon as more boygroups start.

Internationally bgs do well with both tts and bsides, It gives them an edge

Because bts is still there, for ggs bp have been having hiatus for a long time so new ggs have more chances and some blinks flock to the newer groups.

Why are people acting like BGs have alway flopped? That’s absolutely not true, 2nd and 3rd gen bgs have had numerous hits from a much larger circle of bgs.
4th gen bg Stans really need better excuses for why their idols‘ songs are flopping.
It’s literally the 4th year into 4th gen and the most successful bg song is still by X1. It’s honestly just pathetic

They may chart better briefly but 6 of the top 10 most streamed Kpop artists are boy groups. There are 2 4th Gen bg in the top 10 and no 4th Gen gg.
When those 4th gg can get the longevity of streams rather than a handful of hits, then I think you can talk about who’s “winning.” The big three gg from the 3rd Gen are in that top 10, so it shows it goes beyond just zombie fandom streaming..
