At first I didn’t feel the hype feeling from any of the songs. But then I thought…. Maybe that’s a good thing?
Mellow type songs are nice too, and if that’s their thing + what will set them apart, I’m all for them making it work, or at least trying
Knowing me, if the visuals of the MV are good enough, I’ll love it
This group does have a model like concept, and the song sounds exactly what I’d hear in the background of a mall outlet or in a high brand commercial, which is somewhat nostalgic
Plus this is the first of like 4+ GGs that HYBE is debuting this/next year, so one of them had to be the experiment, and I’m guessing Lesserafim is that
Anyway, I loved Sour Grapes most but like them all overall
Edit: A lot of people tend to ask for something new for Kpop groups, and will be the first to complain when that new feeling/concept/sound comes out. I tend to be guilty of this myself too, which was why Billlie & NMIXX songs threw me off at first but then I sat there & was like wait this is actually really good yet took me a minute because it’s so different. Maybe Lesserafim will have a similar effect
