I'm still not understanding why the government seizes property for being late on insurance payments. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Also not seeing how the speculative whatever fits in anywhere. Finally, even when I squint, I can't see how this is a scandal at all and it's pretty obvious they're now just flinging shit at the wall hoping something will stick. This reminds me of JK and how people made a scandal over a night out when there weren't restrictions at the time. They're really that bitter about the enlistment discussion, I guess. My understanding is that Jimin has about a year of health bill payments and authorities started sending warnings in January. They sent a warning every month and after 4 warnings, in April, they seized on his house. Upon this, Jimin learned about this and paid the money in April.

Are you telling me Jimin didn't know for 4 months that his house was seized? That's not how I understand it. Why would they continue to send warnings after they've been seized to house? In my country, the property is sold a few weeks after the seizure is made. I don't know if the situation is the same in Korea, but I don't think they will wait 4 months. What I understand is that after sending 4 warnings for 4 months, they seized it in April and so Jimin finds out and pays. Maybe I'm confused, but that's what I understand.
