Completely unbiased tier list ranking of post-Produce group members careers (IOI, Wanna One, Iz*One)

    I will take fans opinions into account, but I will try to be unbiased and objective as possible. Factors taken into account are music, acting and variety success, general public recognition, CFs and endorsements, fanbase popularity, album sales and charting etc. I take it all into account, so even if one stands out in one area, but completely lacks another, it does not necessarily mean they will be placed high on the list. Also, they are ranked into tiers, so there is no order within each tier. Again, changes are able to be made if you present evidence and make a solid argument.

    Somi should be in the S tier, her international numbers put her ahead of Sejeong.

    I contemplated putting her in S-tier, but the reason Somi is in A-tier is because she doesn't have the longevity and track record of Chungha. But you're right, she does have a huge international fanbase.


    Not sure why you're comparing her to Sejeong, but Sejeong is in S-tier for a completely different reason, not for her "international numbers", but for a combination of a number of things.

    But she is having a better longevity than Chung ha? Latest title tracks/singles of Somi has outdone Chungha latest, plus her fame is bigger than her. She is also guest in more variety shows and from what I know she was a host of one, she has better sales with one album than any other Chungha release and has better numbers even in her "flops".

    I compared to her cause she has a worst track record in music than Somi but still positionated higher only because of what? 2 dramas? not saying that ain't little, having hit dramas are difficult obviously, but that isn't giving her the same exposure Somi has with half of options. If Sejeong is in S tier due acting, then Somi should be there due fame, music, cf and international reach

    Somi is easily an S-tier if you consider her as an influencer-idol. Her social media stats are some of the best in the business. She's one of Teddy's girls, like BP, with the same model-influencer-idol business model but skewed to a bit younger demographic.

    Since OP has not given any quantitative evidence or methodology - it is just a perception based ranking, so hardly unbiased.


    Still matches my perception as well.

    Though Somi is S-tier. Just check her Google trends even in comparison with Sejeong and Chungha - both in S.Korea and World wide.


    Agreed that her actual musical output won't match Chunghas, even though her recent releases have been very successful and she won't match with Sejeong in the variety, acting sphere.

    She is highly present in CFs, social media influencing area - seems a typical YG model -music is just a side activity.
